What we collect
- Messages and subscriptions: details you submit, such as your name and email, so we can reply or deliver requested messages. Newsletter details are handled by our email provider and stored on our server for subscription management.
- Orders: email, selected products, payment and fulfilment details needed to complete purchases and provide access. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
- Security logs: server logs may include IP address, browser/device details and timestamps for security and diagnostics. These logs are kept for up to 60 days.
- Site performance: our first-party tracker counts page visits, product and checkout events, broad traffic source, registered campaign code, and same-site page transitions. Verified purchases may add campaign code, sale/fulfilment status and amount/currency. The tracker does not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, account IDs, session IDs, full URLs, query strings or fragments, and does not link events into individual visitor journeys. Event data is stored on a private server; automatic deletion is not currently enabled.
- YouTube channel performance: when the channel owner connects YouTube, we collect aggregate channel/video views, watch time and traffic-source reports for the channel and registered referrals. We do not collect viewer names, account IDs, comments, search terms, demographics or locations.
- Browser storage: the site uses first-party cookies and browser storage for requested site functions, including temporary offers/trials, checkout and product progress, currency preference and interface state. These are separate from the tracker’s campaign codes and aggregate event records.
Who receives data
Our hosting and security providers process server logs; our email provider handles subscriptions; payment providers process transactions; and Google provides YouTube account authorization and channel analytics. Verified purchase events sent to the tracker include the shared campaign code and sale facts, but not buyer contact details or payment credentials. A protected one-way receipt digest is kept only to prevent duplicate sale counts. We do not sell or rent personal data.
